# Seller Dashboard

> Manage your business on Visita's local marketplace

# Seller Dashboard

Grow your local business by reaching customers in your ward and beyond. **New:** Set competitive prices and appear in grocery list results via the [Pricing Dashboard](/business/pricing).

## Getting Started

1. **Create Account** at `visita.co.za/auth/sign-up`

2. **Complete Seller Onboarding** at `visita.co.za/seller/onboarding`

3. **Set Up Your Store** with name, logo, and description

4. **Add Products** or link your directory listing

5. **Add Products** or link your directory listing

## Verification & Trust

Stand out as a trusted local business with the **Verified Business Badge** (Blue Shield).

### Benefits

* **Blue Shield Badge** on all your products and store profile.
* **Higher Rank** in the Ward Marketplace.
* **Bid Access** for high-value community tenders (>R5,000).

### How to Apply

1. Go to **Seller Dashboard → Settings → Verification**.
2. Upload **Business Registration** (CIPC) or **Proof of Address**.
3. Pay the one-time processing fee (R299).
4. Admin team reviews within 48 hours.

## Adding Products

1. Go to **Products** tab
2. Click **Add Product**
3. Fill in:
   * Name and description
   * Price (ZAR)
   * Images
   * Stock quantity
4. Publish

## Ward Marketplace

Your products appear in:

* **Your ward's marketplace** — visible to all ward residents
* **National marketplace** — if you enable "Ship Nationally"
* **Directory listing** — if linked to your business profile

## Analytics

Track your performance:

* Product views
* Store visits
* Order history
* Customer engagement
