# Visita Intelligence

Visita Intelligence processes public data to give communities the information they need to make better decisions. We don't sell data — we use it to create transparency.

## Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Architecture

Visita strictly gates intelligence based on user persona and subscription tiers:

* **Spatial Identity (`home_ward`)**: Residents may only vote or post binding community projects within their verified home ward (72-hour cooldown period).
* **Business identity (`getBusinessAccess`)**: Enterprise-grade data (e.g. Nexus Radar linking corporate directors to politicians) requires a validated `Visita Pro` tier.

* **Retail**: Automated scraping of PnP, Checkers, and local business price listings
* **Tenders**: Government eTender portal, municipal procurement databases
* **Crime**: SAPS crime statistics, community-reported incidents
* **Civic**: IEC electoral data, municipal service delivery reports
