Getting Started

  1. Create Account at visita.co.za/auth/sign-up
  2. Complete Seller Onboarding at visita.co.za/seller/onboarding
  3. Set Up Your Store with name, logo, and description
  4. Add Products or link your directory listing
  5. Add Products or link your directory listing

Stand out as a trusted local business with the Verified Business Badge (Blue Shield).

How to Apply

  1. Go to Seller Dashboard → Settings → Verification.
  2. Upload Business Registration (CIPC) or Proof of Address.
  3. Pay the one-time processing fee (R299).
  4. Admin team reviews within 48 hours.

Adding Products

  1. Go to Products tab
  2. Click Add Product
  3. Fill in:
    • Name and description
    • Price (ZAR)
    • Images
    • Stock quantity
  4. Publish

Your products appear in:
  • Your ward’s marketplace — visible to all ward residents
  • National marketplace — if you enable “Ship Nationally”
