- Your report appears in the ward’s Community feed
- Neighbors can upvote (“Me Too”) your report
- Our AI analyzes the issue and estimates cost/responsibility
- When enough people support it (heat ≥ 10), a resolution poll is created
- Community votes on how to fix it

Your name is visible to other ward members, but personal contact details are private.We don’t share your information with third parties.

Reports may be moderated if they:
- Contain personal attacks or hate speech
- Are not civic issues (personal disputes)
- Are duplicates of existing reports
- Lack sufficient detail or location
Voting & Governance
Who can vote on ward decisions?
Who can vote on ward decisions?
Only verified members of that ward can vote. You must:
- Have a Visita account
- Be a member of the ward (joined via “Join Ward”)
What happens if not enough people vote?

Polls require a minimum number of votes (quorum) within 48 hours. If quorum isn’t met, the default option is selected (usually “Log with Municipality”).
